Have you ever visited a placement company and sent to a job interview from there and never again from them? Well so we will tell you that Job consultancies are business and they want to milk interested people before sending them to a make a profit. However the difference between their and other businesses is that they derive money cunningly. Though not all of the job consultancies India but definitely some of them do play tricks with their clients.

They show the job applicant some vacancies in reputed companies. The Job consultancies lure the applicants with the remunerations and the incentives and the scope of the job. On here their buttered words many applicants give into them. It is then when the placement cell plays the trick. The job consultancy before sending the applicant asks them to pay a ransom amount which many applicants agree to. After the interview is taken the job applicant hears nothing about it. In the mean time the job applicant has already made some bucks.

Many times it is also seen that many of these job consultancies have some links with the HR of some companies. When there are certain vacancies they call for more than the required number of candidate for the post. They select a few worthy candidates as they fell and for the rest they conduct fake interviews. The money which the Job consultancies take from the candidate for sending them to the fake interview is thus later shared between the HR and the Job consultancy India.

So that one does not fall into such traps there are some little home work which one should do when they move on to get a job through a job consultancy.

Personal recommendation- Ask friends and family members if they or their friends know about genuine Job Consultancies. If they know about any one should go to those only.

Career advice- Many times some go for career counseling. These career counselors have a great amount of idea about Job consultancies as they are into similar profession.

Personal relation- If one has a personal relationship with any of the Job consultancies India then the work becomes easy.

Check for which companies they recruit-  If one is going on their own to a job consultancy on their own or even on recommendation then too it is a must that one checks the list of those companies for whom they recruit.

Expertise- Check the expertise of these consultancies. It must not be like the saying Jack of all mater of none. The placement cell must have due experience and must be in the industry for a long time. Those who are in the industry for a long time they better developed links and fresher.

Money Factor- it is very essential that you check this factor thoroughly. A good placement agency might charge you a huge amount but only after you have been placed successfully in a company. Even when they do that ask them how much they are going to charge you and what the payment procedure will be like.
